Return and Refund Policy

Please create a claim using the Contact Us page with detailed information on the merchandise so we may get the process started. One of our friendly representatives will contact you as quickly as possible. 

  • Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Exchanges We will only exchange an item with manufacturing defects that are not related to normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, and negligence. Please e-mail us for further instructions on exchanges. 
  • Refunds Once we receive your item, we will have it inspected and you will be notified of our receipt and the return status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. 
  • Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Here at  ÖRBEN we pride ourselves with the quality of our bags, that's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. We are not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products. Claims should be presented with proper documentation to validate claims there under.
